Extremely busy? Not too detail oriented? A full-service wedding planner may be your savior. A complete planning package can handle every last detail—from finding and securing your reception site and vendors, to negotiating and coordinating payment, to ensuring the big day progresses flawlessly.

• Vendor recommendations, negotiation and selection — including, officiant, photographers,   videographers, florists, hair and makeup artists and more

Partial Planner
 
Sure, you’re resourceful – but who couldn’t use a little handholding and advice along the way? With a partial planning package, the planner offers assistance and guidance as needed. You remain hands-on, doing much of the research and decision making on your own.  

As your Wedding Day Coordinator we will:
• meet with you to discuss how you want your wedding to flow
• Assist Bride and Groom with timeline for vendors and wedding party
• review all your vendor contracts and contact your vendors to confirm all details
• wrap up any loose ends you might not have thought about coordinate your   wedding rehearsal
• Pre-Event Consultation (15 hours)
• Wedding Day Coordination (11 hours)

 NOTE: The coordinator will be working with the information you give her to formulate a master plan for the entire day, so that you can rest assured that the details are in place and the event is being managed by a professional.

 
 
Week/Day of Planning
 
This is a great option if you prefer to plan everything yourself but want a pro on hand to tend to last minute details—so you can relax and enjoy your day as the guest of honor.  

On the day of your wedding, we will:
• be the first on the spot to greet vendors and receive all deliveries
• coordinate and assist with set-up and decorating
• distribute final payments and tips to vendors
• assist guests and wedding party as needed
• pin boutonnieres and corsages
• direct ceremonial processionals
• keep an eye on the timeline (as prepared by bride)
• troubleshoot and act as behind-the-scenes manager
• provide two-way radios for the coordination team
• gather any remaining items at the end of the night — guest book, etc.
• Pre-Event Consultation (5 hours)
• Coordination and direction of wedding day events (10 hours)

NOTE: The bride will take the responsibility of preparing a timeline, confirming details and commitments with vendors, and all other related duties. The consultant will carry out the duties based upon the brides planning and preparations. In these instances where the consultant has no previous interaction with vendors, the consultant is only as good as the information the bride provides.

One Hour Phone Consultation: During our initial consultation, we will review all the details of your vision, and cover all of the following topics.. Locations, Officiants, Flowers, Rentals, Music, Catering, Wedding Attire, Wedding Cake, Transportation, Photography, Videography, Beauty Services, Wedding Licenses, and Your Wedding Budget.

• Custom Wedding Binder: To ensure a well planned wedding, you must be well organized. As you plan your wedding you will accumulate among other items, brochures, phone numbers, vendor estimates and bids, song sheets, contracts, receipts and more. That is why we will provide you with a Wedding organizer and all the necessary information  you will need to plan your wedding and keep on top of all your appointments, service providers and contracts all in one customized binder for your needs.

Custom Preferred Vendor List: After learning about your initial wedding vision, we put together a custom vendor list based on your budget and your needs. We include primary recommended vendors as well as back up suggestions in case those vendors are already booked for your wedding date.

• Custom Budget Spreadsheet: This is an itemized breakdown of how you can achieve your wedding with your budget.

• Custom Timeline and Checklist: These useful tools are customized to your wedding, and they will help you stay on track during the planning process.

• One Hour Phone Follow-Up Consultation: This consultation is used to review our preferred vendor list, budget, and timeline and checklist with you, so you can begin the booking process.
